Theodore the turtle is the gentleman of Ami surf beach resort. He is always on the lookout for everyone’s safety and wellbeing. However, it may take him a little while to get to you if you are in need of urgent help, he needs a few hours notice.
Theodore the turtle was designed as part of the Yarn and Colours Lookbook #32 Sea Life released in July 2022 with the theme “Under the Sea!”.

- If Theodore is made with Yarn and Colors Must Have Mercerised Cotton 4-ply yarn and a 2.5 mm hook, he will measure 16.5 cm / 6.5 inches tall from the top of his head to the base of his body.

Materials Required for Theodore the turtle
- Yarn (one ball of each colour will suffice)
Yarn and Colors Mercerised Cotton 4-ply yarn in Colours Cigar (007), Mustard (015), Eucalyptus (080), Pea Green (092)
or
any Brown, Yellow, Light Green, Dark Green yarn
- Crochet hook in accordance with yarn you use (2.5 mm)
- Fibrefill / toy stuffing
- Spare black yarn for embroidery of eyes - for example, Yarn and Colors Must-Have yarn in Colour 100 Black
- Stitch markers, darning, embroidery needles , pearl head pins
