The Team

Erinna and Rosemary are a mother and daughter team who share a common love for crochet amigurumi.

In 2015, they opened their first online retail shop “Bubbles And Bongo” on Etsy. It was a way for them to share their lovingly handmade dolls with you…and had the added benefit of recovering their ever growing yarn budget.

To this day, they continue to offer carefully crafted finished crochet dolls outfitted in knitted dresses made by Rosemary through Bubbles and Bongo. As Erinna started expanding her repertoire of original crochet amigurumi patterns, they decided to open a second shop “The Little Hook Crochet” on Etsy in 2018, focussed on selling patterns and supplies. She also sells her patterns through other platforms including Amigurumi.com.

In 2020, this website was set up with the hope that you will not only find all the tangible essentials to create your very own amigurumi creations from Erinna’s designs, purchase a gift for that special someone with Rosemary’s creations, but also use it as a resource for helpful tips and tricks, as well as news from the world of amigurumi.

Erinna

Since 2015, designer Erinna Lee has been producing cute crochet amigurumi patterns for all to enjoy around the world. Her work has been published in over ten books published by Meteoor Books. Her first book “Amigurumi Treasures” was released in 2019, and awarded a High Commendation in the 2020 British Knitting and Crochet Awards. Erinna released her second book “Amigurumi Treasures 2” in 2021, which was a shortlisted finalist in the 2021 Frankie magazine Good Stuff Awards.

She is a regular contributor to articles and events organised by international magazines such as Simply Crochet, Inside Crochet, Mollie Makes, The Sewing Box. She has also conducted crochet amigurumi workshops both in Australia and overseas.

Her photographs of her amigurumi creations have been used for a greeting card range created by Paper Rose UK and sold through various outlets including Sainsbury and Funky Pigeon. Erinna has also created sponsored posts for companies such as Skillshare through her Instagram account.

Rosemary

Rosemary is a loving mum and all-round craft lover. She has always loved learning about all types of crafts, including clay work, sewing, pergamano, paper tole. She rediscovered crochet in 2015, having learnt it as a child from her mum. Amgiurumi opened up a new world of creativity for her and she has been able to apply her love for crochet and knitting to producing lovingly made bespoke dolls.
